Hardware support is where I first started out in the industry. I offer computer hardware support on many different levels. I support hardware on just about any system and this includes both ends of the spectrum, from laptops to file servers. I hold the certification of  IBM PSS (Professional Server Specialist) for IBM's line of Netfinity file servers. I work as well in a computer room as I do on the bench.

Computer peripherals such as printers and scanners are also on the list of items I can service, especially printers. I work on just about every type of printer technology that's out there. Lasers, liquid ink, dot matrix, thermal and line printers have all wound up on my bench at one time or another.

Computer sales is part of what I do as well. However, I am NOT a computer store. I custom design and build systems for the projects I'm working on if there is a need for it. It gives me tighter control over quality and dependability. It helps me offer efficient, cost effective turnkey solutions for my clients that, in turn, offers a lower TCO (total cost of ownership).

Software support is another area where I do well. I am well versed in the standard O/S's like Windows 95/98, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT4 and to a lesser extent UNIX. I have solid experience in networking Windows 2000 server and Windows NT4 server. I also work with applications such as all the versions of Microsoft Office, Corel WordPerfect suites, and many other standard business packages. I can also provide training on just about anything I provide. It's no good to have technology if you're afraid to use it!

The internet is where I am currently focusing my efforts in education. As you can tell just by visiting this site, I have my own domain and have a complete web site set up in it. Having my own domain allows me to offer some of my server space for rent and allows me to start to develop my own internet service packages and applications. I am looking to pursue developing Microsoft.NET applications.

As of recently, I have been professionally setting up complete websites for some of my clients. I can offer them domain registration, website development  / deployment , hosting and ongoing maintenance. Get that vital internet exposure that you need in today's market place.
