I have taken some excerpts from various letters I have received over the last few years. Many of these are unsolicited from the clients, a written pat on the back from the client as it were. These letters show not just the quality of work that I do, but the nature in which I do it. It's from these types letters or references that I gauge the quality of my work. I am here to help people and it shows.

All documents are available in their original paper form.

" ... as our informatics contracts are negotiated through our head office in Hull, there was a time when another company won the contract. During this period, we learned the true value of a qualified, competent technician. Sometimes, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. "

" Tim is prompt, courteous, capable and competent. He is always willing to help in whatever capacity he can. Although his specialty may have been the hardware, it would have been difficult to determine that, as he seems to be equally versed in all aspects of our systems. When performing individual software optimizations of our systems, everyone took the opportunity to talk to him. He helped us out individually with any concern whether it was hardware, software, or network issues. "

" Tim cares about the people he serves. It was always apparent that Tim enjoyed an informatics challenge. He worked well on his own as well as in conjunction with our informatics team whenever necessary. During the time he was a technician at our office, I don’t believe we were able to stump him, which is saying a lot for our computer systems. "

" In this day and age it is unusual to find a technician that has Tim's above average mechanical ability. This has often allowed him to assist clients with older products that would not be serviceable without his skill. "

" The breadth of products that Tim works on, from printers to PC's both standalone and networked, has allowed him to provide service to each and every one of MicroAge's clients. That Tim's work supporting those clients exceeds his technical certifications is, I am sure, a result of his years of experience. "

" Those years of experience plus his easygoing attitude has made him well liked by clients, many of which request Tim when calling for a technician. "

" Mr. Wentzell frequently offered service to these firms on a number of fronts. I have always found Tim, above all, to be professional in every respect. His appearance, attire and manner and presentation with staff were always impeccable. I would never hesitate when asking Mr. Wentzell to make a presentation or give an explanation to the partners in the firm. "

" Mr. Wentzell was creative in his search for solutions and his ability to resolve the problem satisfactorily the first time is unparalleled. Mr. Wentzell set the standards for all other service technicians. His wide ranging knowledge covering both hardware and software, and how they interacted never ceased to amaze. He was also innovative at finding cost effective solutions to a myriad of problems. In some cases, the equipment was too old for the "proper and more expensive" repair, but needed to continue running until replacement. His in-depth knowledge of the equipment made him remarkable at coming up with cost efficient "band-aid" solutions. In these cases, that was exactly what the firm was looking for. "

" The success of the 2002 International New Media Festival at Brudenell River Resort shows the capability, the resources, and the will to host international events in a world class manner is available in Prince Edward Island. Over 200 delegates from 5 countries have left with a renewed awareness of our culture, history and expertise to host such high profile events.

As a meeting planner. I fully recognize the responsibilities placed on the conference suppliers. In the case of the International New Media Festival, the success of the program was largely dependent on the quality of the speakers and panel sessions - and having you there to coordinate the presentations - ensuring that there were no technical issues at the workshops, keynotes, panel sessions and last but not least the gala awards show was a key element in the success of the Festival. After all, technology was the ultimate reason for the conference. It could not go wrong, and it didn't!

I also insist that the delivery of the services can only be as good as the information provided by the conference organizers. To that end I am in awe of your ability to provide the services with masterful results. There is no doubt we tested limits with the last minute revisions, additions and lack of information from presenters, yet you delivered with total professionalism.

Again, I want to thank you for your professionalism, cheerfulness and willingness to tackle anything required during the Festival. Our team was greatly enhanced by your participation. I look forward to working with you on other projects in the future. "
